Kim Burgess is a legal assistant to to John Hutt. She is responsible for the data collection process in each tax suit and works closely with each County Treasurer and his/her staff to ensure completeness and accuracy of data and timely compliance with applicable statues in the tax collection process. Prior to coming to the firm, Kim served as a loan officer in Peoples Community Bank and as a manager in a retail store.
