Dave was born in Warsaw, Richmond County, Virginia. He graduated from Warsaw High School and Danville Technical Institute. Dave is serving as a Real Estate Title Abstractor and Research Assistant within the law firm. He is a retired former business owner in the community and brings a wealth of business acumen to the firm. Prior to coming to the firm, Dave served as a production supervisor in a Richmond, VA printing firm, as President, Owner and Chief Executive Officer of the Blue & Gray Food Stores, Inc. in Montross, VA, and retail sales manager of Ptucha’s Greenhouse & Farm Markets, Inc. also of Montross.
Dave is heavily involved in civic activities serving as a member of the Montross Town Council and is currently serving as Mayor of Montross and Chairman of the Montross Planning Commission. He also is a member of the board of directors of the Montross-Westmoreland Sewer Authority and is currently serving as the Chairman of the Board.
