Vivian Jones Vivian Jones was born and raised in Westmoreland County. She graduated from Washington and Lee High School in 2000. Her work history consists of secretarial work, accounts receivable, and various other jobs. In 2009, she started working at Allegiance Title Insurance Agency, LLC. There she gained knowledge of how a real estate transaction is conducted and the purpose of title insurance. Other duties included: preparing HUD statements, preparation of closing documents, recorded documents in various court houses, communicated with lenders, deposited, wired and distributed funds accordingly, real estate settlements, and daily office operations. In December 2013, Vivian joined the John C. Hutt, Jr. P.C. firm where she acts as a real estate assistant to John Hutt with duties to include review contracts, prepare documents, schedule the closing dates between the buyer and seller of the transactions. She also travels to local court houses and county offices to record documents, handle disbursement for mortgage companies and disbursing proceeds and preparing the 1099 for the IRS.
